Detail-oriented and eager to grow, the full-time Payroll Clerk will manage payroll processing across Deltek Costpoint and Paylocity, ensuring accurate data entry and reconciliation in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness before payroll deadlines Extract and import approved labor data into Paylocity, resolving any errors prior to payroll finalization Reconcile payroll output between Paylocity and Costpoint to ensure consistency and accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Two to three years of payroll, timekeeping, or clerical accounting experience Experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or Paylocity strongly preferred Working knowledge of payroll concepts, including overtime and deductions Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance
