A school district near Maywood, Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for the upcoming school year. This position is available on either a full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (4 days/week) basis and offers the opportunity to support students in a collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Caseload

• Students ranging from Kindergarten through age 22.
• Services provided across multiple school sites and specialized educational programs.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
